PRINCIPLES OF ULTRASONIC CLEANING:
Ultrasonic cleaing takes place by dipping objects for a certain time in proper fluids and exposing them to ultrasounds of a certain intensity.
Proper purification process depends on:
• ultrasound intensity
• the liquid's temperature
• the chemical structure of the liquid - the ability to transfer cavitation,
• resistance of the materials to cavitation effects,
ULTRASONIC CLEANING TECHNOLOGY
Ultrasound cleaning ensures fast and highly effective surface cleaning. The energy produced by ultrasonic transducers in the washing liquid reaches the most inaccessible places. The cavitation effect
makes the vibrations pass through the material so that the dirt is removed from the entire surface. The ultrasounds in the washing fluid produce pressure waves in the form of imploding follicles,
which tear the pollution from the surfaces of the washed elements.
In ultrasonic washes aqueous solutions of cleaning agents or organic fluids are used.

CATALOGUE WASHERS:
Catalogue washes represent a wide range of devices with precisely set parameters specified by the manufacturer. The transducer frequency is typically 35 kHz, however, there is a possibility of making
25 or 40 kHz, depending on the purpose.
Washes made to order
Cleaning machines made under a specific customer order are characterized by ideal match between the parameters and the customer needs.
Process lines We design and manufacture complete cleaning lines with all kinds of details. A process line can be equipped with the following segments:
- ultrasonic cleaning place,
- detail washing and washed surface neutralization place,
- maintenance place,
- drying stand
- loading / unloading stand.
Lines for small part cleaning can be made as an arterial drum wash, in the case of other details the lines are equipped with an external conveyor enabling charge transfer between the baths.

Five-process line consisting of two chambers of washing, rinsing two chambers, one chamber of the drying technology vacuum buffer tank, oil separator and secondary pollutants, automatic dosing of
detergent, and wardrobe with a touch panel, steering. The device is equipped with the position of loading, unloading, automatic conveyor to carry baskets between the chambers and automatic roll-conveyor
belt to carry the baskets, between the position of unloading and loading.
Dippers are a range of devices that can be used before or after the washing process. Dippers can have many functions, and depending on the used media they can act as a washer. In addition, these devices
can be equipped with hamper oscillation We manufacture heaters and vacuum dryers as separate units or as one of the process line elements. .
Shower Washes
Wash shower IS-700N has a mechanical drive and separator basket of oil pollution in the standard. The whole device is made of stainless steel grade 304.
Control cabinets
The firm also makes custom cabinets and automation to existing lines and small appliances.
Additional accessories
Devices can be equipped with additional accessories, extending their functionality and capabilities, e.g. oil pollution separators, insoluble contamination filters, rotating drums, etc.
